Rev. John D. Putnam, Senior Pastor

In January 2006 Pastor Putnam came to Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin to pastor First Pentecostal Church, which later became The Pentecostals of Sheboygan County.

Pastor Putnam was born in Barberton, Ohio, yet lived in multiple locations as he grew up, including five years in Stuttgart, Germany. After graduating from Indiana Bible College, Pastor and Michelle Hedges married. Pastor Putnam served for seven years as Associate Pastor with a special focus on Youth Ministry at The Potter's House, UPCI in Monroe, Wisconsin under the very capable leadership of his father, Rev. John E. Putnam.

Most recently, Pastor Putnam has been a part of the Wisconsin District Youth Ministry Team, the Wisconsin District Young Minister's Advisory Board, the Maximum Impact Leadership steering committee for Green County, the Wisconsin District Sunday School Committee, a Chaplain with the Green County Sheriff Department, as 2008-2009 President of the the Sheboygan Falls Kiwanis Club, and the Director of the Wisconsin District Camp Commission.

Currently, Pastor Putnam serves as the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department Patrol Chaplain, is the Purpose Institute Wisconsin District Director, and is a member of the Sheboygan Falls Chamber Main Street.

Rev. Eric R. Holmgren,
Assistant Pastor

Pastor Eric was born in St. Paul, MN. At a young age, his family moved to Polk County, Wisconsin where he lived most of his childhood. After high school, he went to Bible College and was involved in several ministries such as Acts 29 Street Evangelism, Big Brother, Student Council, Sunday School, Radio Broadcasting, Timber Bay House for Boys, and Inner City Evangelism.

In 1991, Pastor Eric came to Sheboygan County and worked various jobs while attending the Apostolic Bible Church in Sheboygan. Then, in 1994, he married Deana Kielcheski and they had three beautiful children. At ABC, he was involved as the Youth Leader, Sunday School Director, Men’s Ministry, Music Ministry, and has been on the Trustee Board since 2006.
In 2008, ABC joined with the First Pentecostal Church and became the Pentecostals of Sheboygan County. There, Pastor Eric and his family have been ministering in the Music Ministry, Sunday School, Zone Services, Men’s Ministry, GEMS for Girls, and the Care Ministry.

In 2009, Pastor Eric earned his insurance license in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health. He currently works for Rural Mutual Insurance and Farm Bureau of Wisconsin. In July of 2010, he completed his Associates Degree in Apostolic Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute.

Rev. Jason Wilke
Youth Pastor

Jason Bryan Wilke was born in Denver, Colorado. As a early teenager, his family moved to the Sheboygan Falls area where his father served as Assistant Pastor for the First Pentecostal Church. Here he met is future bride, now wife, Angela Marie Elsesser. They have been married since 2006 and have two beautiful children.

Jason became the Youth Pastor at Apostolic Bible Church in 2006. There he also began teaching Sunday School and was involved with Music Ministry. Jason currently serves as Youth Pastor over OXYGEN YOUTH and is involved in Music Ministry.  Jason obtained his Associate Degree in Apostolic Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute.
